Application Instructions
Surface Preparation
Thoroughly clean all form surfaces before application.
Remove concrete buildup, dirt, dust, oil, grease, and debris.
Clean forms produce the best concrete finish and release performance.
Recommended Application
Preferred Equipment:
- Low-pressure sprayer
- 8001 Flat Fan Spray Tip
- 80° Fan Pattern
- 0.1 GPM
- Minimum 40 PSI
May also be applied using: Mop, Roller, or Brush
Apply a thin, continuous coating over the entire form surface. Avoid excessive application.
Cleanup
Remove excess material using a putty knife or scraper.
Clean remaining residue with a brush.
If necessary, use a mild cleaner or approved solvent for final cleanup.
